(Translation because it's hard to read)
Hoiiiii y'all! I had a crazy night last night for sure! So right now I am sitting in front of the fire because I was cold. I am still a little cold! I think you will be able to find out what happened soon enough. Rioght now Kirsten is cleaning up dinner--oh joy! There is finally food!!--and Roan is poating while she cleans up the living room. Kit just went to town and she said Roan couldn't go with her. But she put a hat on Custard and it looked silly. Last nioght for dinner we had ham, beef, corn, carrots and green beans. OHHHH! Green beans! Bleh! Spoody is next to me and so is Peder. Spoody is telling me not to think or talk about green beans. She also says hello jello. Peder says "hey! me too!" ~Anna

Anna sat on her bed and sighed. Yes, she sighed! On her bed! When Anna sat on her bed usually she always was happy because she loves her bed, but today was different. The Larson's had just moved into a cabin in town square, in fact it now was town square. This new cabin had a loft still, but it was very, very small. Anna didn't even get to have her special trunk by her bed anymore there wasn't enough room. Her stuffies felt cramped too, she was sure. Downstairs Kirsten and Marta were buzzing about placing furniture here and there. They liked this house more because they had a bit more room and a bigger fireplace to cook on. Peder didn't seem to mind but he was only a little eight year old.
"If only Ging would write back to my letter......but Mia hashn't even sent it yet!" It was true, Mia was days behind on the mail. Anna decided to look out the window and wait to see how the week would turn out.

Today the Larson family actually took a rest for once. Anna played with her little stuffies and Peder played with his horse and big fat panda stuffed animal. Kirsten decided to start crocheting scarves for next winter ("It'll be here before we know it!") Marta took Khyber out for a ride by the river behind the barn. Luckily she knows their land much better than when she got lost....
